I've had this amp for about a month and I must say I'm very disappointed... There is a significant hiss (not to say a loud hum) that forces you to turn up the volume to cover this noise. Not very practical when you want to play without disturbing the neighbors... What worries me the most is that even when using headphones, this hum is present. Does my amp have a problem?

It's a real Fender! I think Fender takes care of its future customers. This little amp simply sounds like a real electric guitar. The speaker doesn't crack even in the bass. The volume is more than enough for our 8-year-old son and even a bit too powerful....
